About Global Food Pro
Global Food Pro is a dedicated B2B industry platform for the food processing and allied manufacturing sectors. Held over three days at the Bangalore International Exhibition Centre (BIEC) from 13–15 May 2027, it brings together the complete food value chain: raw ingredients and processing technology, packaging, logistics, testing, consultancy, and trade.
This inaugural edition is the beginning of a long-term industry initiative. The goal is not only to host a successful event, but to establish a recognised, recurring platform that grows with India's food processing sector year on year.
